Have Questions? You’re in the Right Place

It’s completely natural to have questions when exploring this kind of work.

This space touches parts of the body that many of us have been taught to disconnect from, ignore, or move through quietly.

So I’ve gathered some of the most common questions I receive—so you can begin to feel into this work, at your own pace, in your own way.

  • This is integrative pelvic, womb, and body-based care that works with the muscles, fascia, organs, and nervous system of the body.

Rather than focusing on just one symptom, we work with your body as a whole—supporting circulation, releasing tension, restoring mobility, and reconnecting you to your pelvic space, your womb, and your body.

This work sits at the intersection of pelvic health, bodywork, and sexual wellness—bridging elements often found in gynecological care, physiotherapy, and sexological practice, while also offering a space for women to explore supportive, non-invasive approaches before considering more invasive interventions when appropriate.

Sessions may include abdominal therapy (Chi Nei Tsang–inspired), pelvic bodywork, fascial release, and somatic awareness, all guided by what your body is communicating.

  • Each session begins with a conversation about your health history, concerns, and intentions.

From there, the work becomes very present and body-led. We move slowly, working with your tissues, breath, and nervous system through hands-on techniques that support release, awareness, and connection.

  • This work supports a wide range of pelvic, abdominal, and nervous system concerns, including:

    • Pelvic or lower back pain

    • Pelvic tension or discomfort

    • Painful, heavy, or irregular menstruation

    • Perimenopause and menopause transitions

    • Cervical health concerns, abnormal Pap smears, or LEEP procedures

    • Endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, cysts, or polyps

    • Pelvic or uterine misalignment

    • Pelvic organ prolapse (bladder, rectal, cervical, or vaginal wall)

    • Bladder or fecal incontinence, urgency, or frequency

    • Digestive concerns such as constipation or abdominal tension

    • Scar tissue, adhesions, milia, and superficial fascial restrictions

    • Birth trauma and postpartum healing

    • Fertility challenges

    • Vulvodynia, vaginismus, or pudendal neuralgia

    • Chronic UTIs or recurrent BV

    • Painful intimacy or discomfort with penetration

    • Difficulty reaching orgasm (anorgasmia)

    • Reduced pelvic sensation or responsiveness

    • Sexual trauma recovery

    • …and so much more

The pelvis, jaw, and nervous system share deep fascial and neurological connections. As tension patterns release within the pelvic space, shifts often occur throughout the entire body—supporting greater ease in breathing, posture, and movement.

You do not need a diagnosis to book.
If something in your body is asking for attention, that is enough.

For a more detailed understanding of each offering, please explore the individual session pages on my website.

  • Some sessions may include internal pelvic work, but it is never required.

Everything is discussed beforehand, and we move only with your full, ongoing consent.

  • No. You are welcome to book internal work if that feels aligned for you.

That said, many women choose to begin with external work to build familiarity, safety, and connection before exploring deeper layers.

No matter what you choose, we always move at the pace of your body.

  • Every body, belly, womb, vulva, and vagina is gloriously unique, so the number of sessions you’ll need depends on your history, your sensitivity, and what you’re wanting to shift or explore.

In general, a series of 3–6 sessions allows us the time to build safety and trust, and to work layer by layer—supporting deeper, more lasting changes in the body.

That said, many women experience meaningful shifts even after a single session. If you’re looking for a reset, a reconnection, or a first step into this work, one session can still be deeply supportive.

  • A little preparation can help you get the most out of our time together.

You’re welcome to do a castor oil pack on your belly the night before, as this can be deeply nourishing and supportive to the womb—but this is completely optional.

Please arrive freshly showered, with clean, lotion-, oil-, and fragrance-free skin.

I also ask that you arrive fully sober and present—free from alcohol or marijuana—so you can remain connected to your body and able to give clear, ongoing consent throughout the session.

I use castor oil and coconut oil during our sessions. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let me know in advance so I can prepare alternatives and ensure your session feels comfortable and safe.

  • The first trimester is a sacred time for rest. Your body is doing so much in these early weeks, and this is a time to be gently nourished and supported.

From 14 weeks onward, this work can be deeply supportive throughout pregnancy, helping your body stay balanced and prepare for birth.

After birth, care can begin right away following a vaginal delivery. If you’ve had a cesarean birth, I recommend waiting 10–12 weeks to allow your body the time it needs to heal.

  • Yes—you can.

Receiving bodywork during your cycle can be deeply supportive and nourishing. Your body is already moving through a natural process of release, and gentle, intentional work can help support circulation, ease tension, and create a greater sense of connection to your womb and body.

We always honor your comfort level and adjust the session as needed, so you feel fully at ease throughout.

  • If you’re unsure, start with what feels most comfortable.

Many women begin with gentle, external belly and womb work—supporting the release of tension and adhesions, nourishing the organs, and using breath-guided techniques to help restore alignment within the womb, bladder, and surrounding structures, while reconnecting you to your body.

Others feel ready to move into integrative pelvic care, especially when seeking support for pelvic tension, incontinence, prolapse, or pain with intimacy.

Sessions are flexible and guided by your comfort. We check in throughout, and the work is always shaped around what feels safe and appropriate for your body—honoring your boundaries and pace.

My role is to hold space, listen to your needs, and support your healing.

You can also refer to the question “What is the difference between your sessions?” below for a simple overview of each offering.

  • Yes, I do.

    Yes, she can.

Working with teenaged girls is a gentle and empowering way to support their developing bodies and their womb cycles. This work can help with cycle regulation, easing painful or heavy periods, supporting digestion, and fostering a more connected and informed relationship with their pelvic health.

These sessions are fully external, with no internal work, and are typically shorter (around 90 minutes), as younger bodies tend to hold less adhesion and scar tissue.

Teen sessions are offered to young women aged 18 and under at a discounted rate. A parent or guardian is required to be present for the first session and to sign a consent form. After that, it is up to the teen whether they would like a parent to remain present for future visits.

A dedicated teen section will be available on the website soon with more details.

  • Yes, I do.

While my work, branding and focus are primarily centered around the female lived experience, I do work with men who feel genuinely called to explore their physical and emotional-somatic bodies in this way.

I offer abdominal organ work (Chi Nei Tsang), myofascial therapy, and external pelvic care for men. I also work with men within a couples container, where both partners are engaged in the process together.

This work is grounded in therapeutic, non-agenda touch. While it may share some philosophical overlap with tantra, it is not tantric or erotic bodywork. The focus is on safety, boundaries, and somatic healing.

For internal pelvic work with men, I work strictly by referral. Referrals are accepted from physicians, urologists, general practitioners, licensed healthcare providers, or from clients who have previously worked with me.

I will be adding a dedicated men’s section to the website with more details soon.

Still have questions?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in.
This work is something you feel into—slowly, and in your own time.

It’s completely natural to feel curious, uncertain, or even a little nervous when exploring something new, especially when it involves parts of the body that are often overlooked or rarely spoken about.

Here are a few more things you might be wondering:

  • No—this work is not sexual in nature.

It is therapeutic, hands-on care focused on supporting the health, function, and sensitivity of your tissues, organs, and nervous system.

If you are specifically booking for vulva mapping, sexuality work, or couples sessions, those containers may include elements of sensation, pleasure, and exploration of your relationship with your body.

Outside of those specific offerings, this work remains grounded in therapeutic touch, clear boundaries, and a deep respect for your body.

  • This work is not intended to be painful.

At times, you may feel areas of tenderness, sensitivity, or intensity—especially where there has been long-held tension or restriction. These sensations are always approached slowly and within your comfort.

We stay in communication throughout the session, adjusting pressure and pace as needed.

Your body is never pushed beyond what feels safe.

  • That’s completely normal.

Many women arrive feeling this way, especially if this kind of work is new or if you’ve felt disconnected from your body for some time.

You don’t need to be fully ready.
We move at your pace, with ongoing communication and consent throughout.

You are always in control of what we do, and you can pause, change direction, or stop at any time.

  • The body holds more than just physical tension—it also holds experiences, memories, and emotion.

As the tissues begin to soften and release, it’s not uncommon for emotions to surface.

If this happens, we simply allow space for it. There is no pressure to explain or process anything in the moment—just space to feel, breathe, and be supported.

If you have any questions that haven’t been answered here, or you’d like a little more clarity before booking, you’re always welcome to reach out.
