  • Heaviness, pressure, or a dragging sensation in your pelvis

  • Pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, or a sense of instability in your core

  • Leaking when you laugh, sneeze, cough, or exercise—even if you’ve been told it’s “normal”

  • Ongoing postpartum symptoms—where your body doesn’t feel the same

  • Scar tissue, adhesions, or lingering tension from birth, surgery, or injury

  • Painful periods, menstrual discomfort, or cycles that feel difficult to move through

  • Tender, fibrous, or painful breast tissue—especially around your cycle

  • Sluggish digestion, bloating, or a feeling that things aren’t moving well through your system

This in your body…

  • Pain, tension, or discomfort with intimacy or touch

  • A growing distance from your pleasure, your desire, or your partner

  • Numbness, guarding, or places in your body that are hard to feel

  • Being told “this is normal” when it doesn’t feel okay in your body

  • You’ve seen doctors, tried physio or other approaches—but something still feels unresolved

  • Feeling tired of managing symptoms - and wanting to understand what your body is asking for

  • A desire for support that is hands-on, slow, and actually listens to your body

  • A quiet sense that your body is asking for deeper attention and care

This might show up as…

If you’re ready to listen to what your body is asking for…

PELVIC BODYWORKER • INTIMACY COACH • LOVER OF DEEP CONNECTION & WILD, HONEST BEAUTY

Hello Loves, I’m Tamara.

Welcome. I’m so happy you’re here and that you’ve found your way to this work.

At the heart of who I am, a mother, a lover, and a wife. I’ve birthed six incredible children and have been a mother for over 30 years now. And as a lover and a wife, I called in the most beautiful man 13 years ago; a man who showed me what safety could feel like in my body for the very first time.

In that safety, I came home to myself. I found my voice, a deeper compassion for my body and my vulva, and a connection to the depth of my own orgasmic potential.

From 2014 onward, through the teachings of Kim Anami, Orgasmic Meditation with OneTaste (yes—the “cult-y” one), Beducated courses, and Layla Martin’s VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification, a deep, undeniable desire lit up within me. A desire for women to feel this too. For other women to feel safe in their bodies, to speak their desires, to release guilt and shame around their sexuality, and to reawaken the depth of their own pleasure.

At the same time, my body was asking for something different. After birthing my children, especially my last three, I developed a cystocele and rectocele prolapse. I began experiencing leakage, discomfort, and a quiet disconnection from my body. When I sought support, I was given one option: surgery. And that was a very hard hell no for me.

I wasn’t willing to accept surgery as my only option—there had to be another way.

I knew my body deserved more than that,—and I was willing to do whatever it took to find it.

So I began searching. I explored abdominal massage, pelvic floor physiotherapy, pessaries, movement practices, yoni steaming—anything that could help me understand and support my body in a more holistic way. For years, I was learning, experiencing, and integrating, but hadn’t yet stepped into formal training.

Then in 2023, I almost lost my mom during what was meant to be a routine cystocele repair surgery. That moment changed everything. I saw firsthand how broken and disconnected the system can be, and I knew, without a doubt, there had to be another way.

That knowing led me to Bali later that year, where I completed my Women’s Pelvic Floor Bodywork Certification. I have since continued my training through Advanced Pelvic Floor Bodywork and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal therapy, and I continue to deepen my work as this path evolves.

This work is a weaving of everything I’ve lived, learned, and embodied. It has been shaped through over a decade of exploration in women’s health, sexuality, and the nervous system—alongside a much longer, deeply personal relationship with my own body, my sexuality, and my healing.

I honour the mystery and power of the womb while grounding this work deeply in the physical body. Because what happens within your body, and what your body has been through—both matter. To truly support the womb and pelvic space, we must work with the whole body: the tissues, the nervous system, the stories we carry, and the way we’ve learned to relate to ourselves within it all.

I’m a certified integrative pelvic health practitioner and intimacy coach, working between the warm, tranquil rhythms of Nicaragua and the vibrant energy of Calgary, nestled near the Rocky Mountains.

As a mother of six, a bodyworker, and a fierce lover of deep connection, I guide women to heal their wombs and pelvic organs, release pain, and rediscover their sensuality. I work with those who are ready to release long-held tension patterns and old wounds held in the pelvis, cultivate greater embodiment, and reclaim pleasure. This includes women recovering from childbirth, managing chronic pelvic pain, or simply longing to awaken their sexual vitality.

Grounded, playful, and deeply compassionate, I meet you where you are and walk with you toward ease, power, and pleasure.

If you’d like to explore the lived experiences that led me here, along with my education and training, I invite you to continue below.

Tamara, xoxo

  • “Tamara’s healing gifts are many, and though I have benefited greatly from our pelvic floor therapy sessions together, the energetic healing that occurred in our last session was a testament to her ability to intuitively tap into what is needed most in the moment and deliver exactly that regardless of any preconceived notions. Her gentle touch, grounding presence and keen intuition make her an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their health. • Tamara’s dedication and professionalism to her calling are immediately apparent from the first interaction. During the intake process, she was exceptionally thorough, ensuring she understood every detail necessary to tailor the session to my needs. Her approach during the therapy session was equally commendable; she was not only honest and open but also incredibly attentive, making sure to explain each step of the process beforehand, which really helped put me at my ease. The results of the session were excellent, exceeding my expectations. What stood out most, however, was Tamara's genuine empathy and compassion.
