Hello Loves, I’m Tamara.
At the heart of who I am — I am a mother, a lover, and a wife. I've birthed six incredible children and have been a mother for over 30 years.
After my last three of six births — all within 27 months of each other — my body felt like it had been through a war.
I was leaking. I had prolapse. I was exhausted and scared — scared to exercise, scared to lift my babies, scared of what it meant for my body and my sex life.
When I went to the ER after a home birth, there was no proper assessment. Just a doctor who looked at my chart, said "oh, you're one of those," and handed me a referral for surgery. And that was a very hard hell no for me.
I wasn’t willing to accept surgery as my only option—there had to be another way.
I knew my body deserved more than that,—and I was willing to do whatever it took to find it.
For years I searched, learned, and explored — I trained in somatic sexuality work, learned abdominal massage, movement practices, yoni steaming. Building understanding, integrating, healing. But I hadn't yet stepped into formal training.
Then my mother almost died on the operating table during what was meant to be a routine prolapse repair surgery.
That changed everything.
I went to Bali. I completed my Women's Pelvic Floor Bodywork Certification and Advanced Pelvic Floor training. I went deeper into
Chi Nei Tsang abdominal therapy. And I have not stopped since.
This work is a weaving of everything I've lived, learned, and embodied. I honour the mystery and power of the womb while grounding this work deeply in the physical body.
I built this practice because no woman should have to navigate this alone. And no woman should ever be told surgery is her only option.
I'm a mama of six. A pelvic bodyworker. A womb keeper. I am someone who has lived exactly what you might be going through right now, and I have built this practice so you don't have to navigate it alone.
