Integrative Pelvic Care
For the woman who has been living with pain, incontinence, prolapse, or a pelvis that hasn't felt like her own in years. This is deeper, hands-on, hands-in, whole-body work — because the pelvis doesn't hold its stories alone.
The pelvis is more than structure — it's the cradle of sensation, creative power… and of life itself.
It’s the living center of the body: where organs rest, move and bleed,
breath deepens, and where the womb communicates with the whole system.
The pelvis is deeply connected to the rest of the body.
Through fascia, breath, and the nervous system, it is in constant conversation with how you hold your body. Your posture, your breath, even your jaw.
When tension lives in one place, it echoes in another. The body compensates. It learns to hold.
A gripping jaw can mirror a gripping pelvic floor.
Shallow breath can limit the natural movement of your organs.
Holding in the body can become holding in the pelvis.
Over time, this can show up as pain, leakage, prolapse, or a sense of disconnection from your body and your pleasure.
This work gently follows those patterns—listening, unwinding, and restoring movement where the body has learned to hold.
Many women have been told their symptoms are “normal,” dismissed,
left without real support or answers, or told their only option is surgery.
There is another way to begin listening to your body.
This work goes deeper into the tissues to support the
restoration of movement and relationship within the body.
Within the pelvis, everything is in relationship. Muscles, fascia, organs, breath,
and nervous system are constantly communicating with one another.
We begin with consent and the body. Hands move through the deep front line, the lymphatic system, the abdomen and womb — creating space, softening restriction, allowing your body to open at its own pace.
From here, we follow the body’s patterns deeper—into the pelvis, the breath, and the structures that support you from within.
This may include working with the pelvic floor internally to support balance and responsiveness within the tissues. It can involve releasing held patterns through the vaginal and anal tissues, restoring alignment through the sacrum and coccyx,
and working with the diaphragm, ribs, and even the jaw and intra-oral muscles. These areas often hold tension that
mirrors what is happening within the pelvis.
Everything is approached slowly, with consent, and in relationship with your body.
There is no forcing here — only a gradual return to connection, where your body is given the conditions it needs to reorganize, regulate, and heal.
Layer by layer, we begin to descend and unwind, meeting the body and ourselves more fully.
Many women come to this work feeling the pull toward something deeper… toward sensation, aliveness, even the erotic nature of the body.
The body does not open through force or bypass.
Your body opens through safety and trust.
Through being met exactly where it is.
This work creates the conditions where you can begin to feel more.
More sensation.
More connection.
More safety within your body.
And when that foundation is in place and the body feels safe, responsive, and supported—there is space to explore further.
If you feel called to explore the erotic intelligence of your body, you are welcome to move into my yoni and pleasure mapping sessions HERE, where we deepen into sensation, explore pleasure zones, and embodied awareness within a fully held and consensual space.
This work is for you if:
You've been told your only options are medication, management, or surgery — and something in you knows there has to be another way.
You live with pain, prolapse, incontinence, or heavy bleeding that has quietly shrunk your life — what you can do, how you move, how you show up.
Your body has changed after birth, surgery, or menopause — and hasn't quite found its way back to feeling like yours.
You experience pain in your belly, womb, or with intimacy — or a pelvis that feels shut down, braced, or disconnected from pleasure entirely.
You carry fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, or PCOS and want support that works with your body rather than around it.
You are navigating fertility challenges and want to create the conditions in your body for life to take root.
You feel disconnected from your sensations and pleasure — especially since becoming a mother, when your body stopped feeling like your own.
You find it difficult to be fully present with yourself or a partner — in your body, in intimacy, in desire.
You carry tension, trauma, or holding patterns in your body that haven't been fully processed and you feel them affecting everything.
You are tired of living this way — tired of managing, compensating, and making yourself smaller around your symptoms — and you're ready for something that actually goes to the root.
You believe your body can heal. You just need someone who believes that too, and knows how to listen.

What if your body was given the chance to respond before surgery became the only option?
When your body is supported in the right way, there are often more possibilities
available than you've been led to believe.
Many women find that with the right support, surgery is no longer the path they need to take.
Your Session In The Womb Room
Your session takes place in a space I lovingly call the Womb Room — gentle, grounded, and deeply attuned to your body and what is alive for you in that moment.
You're invited to arrive exactly as you are. There is nothing to figure out or get right beforehand.
Connection and clarity begin with conversation. We allow space for you to settle in, share what is present in your body, revisit anything from your intake form, and name what you're needing support with.
From there, we move to the table. You will be draped with sheets and blankets throughout — no clothing is required. If you prefer, you may wear underwear and a loose bralette (no underwire).
I will guide you throughout so you always know what is happening and why. Consent is ongoing, and your comfort leads the way at every step.
With permission, my hands greet your heart and womb space allowing your body to orient to my touch. We weave in some breath and grounding to soothe your nervous system and invite your body to soften into the the table and arrive more fully in the space.
The session then unfolds through slow, hands-on work focused on the belly and abdominal space, following the tissues, the breath, and the natural rhythms of your body. We may work with areas of fascial tension, restriction, or adhesions, supporting the natural positioning and mobility of the womb and surrounding organs.
From here, we follow the path of the tissues deeper into the pelvic bowl, including internal pelvic work. This allows us to meet the deeper layers of the pelvic floor and surrounding structures with the same slowness, presence, and respect.
Where the body calls for it, we may also work with the diaphragm, ribs, and jaw — including intra-oral release. These structures are in constant conversation with the pelvic floor, and releasing tension held here can create profound shifts in what's happening below.
When needed and with full consent, this may also include work with the anal sphincters — allowing us to access and support the full musculature of the pelvic floor. This can be especially supportive for vaginismus, painful penetration, or neuralgia, offering an alternative pathway to gently meet and release tension in the deeper layers of the pelvic space.
This work supports areas of restriction to soften, encourages circulation, and creates space for movement to return. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed. Everything is guided by consent, with you setting the pace at all times and having the space to pause, adjust, or shift whenever needed.
This is not structured or protocol-based work. We move at the pace of the slowest, most protective part of you, allowing space for your tissues to soften in their own timing.
Your body leads the session. Through deep listening and presence, we follow the intelligence of your tissues, working at a depth and pace that supports your nervous system and allows it to feel safe enough to unwind.
Your whole body sighs. You feel safe. Lighter. Supported. Held.
Many women have never been met or held in this way — not with this depth of presence and care.
So much of what you've experienced within your body, your cycle, your womb has been rushed, dismissed, medicated, or treated as something to fix.
In the Womb Room, nothing is rushed. Your body is not something to fix. It is something to be honored.
There is space for you to soften, to tune into how your body feels when met with safety, and to find that steadiness within yourself.
You may notice your breath deepen. Your body soften in places that have long been guarded. A feeling of coming back into relationship with yourself.
There can be moments of emotion, or stillness, or simply a deep sense of rest.
There is no right way for this to unfold.
Only your body, in its own timing, revealing what it is ready to release, to feel, and to remember.
And within that... many women experience something they have not felt before:
Being met with reverence. Being supported without expectation. Being held in a way that honors the fullness of their experience.
What Unfolds In The Womb Room
“I am not here to fix you. I am here to gently remind your body of the innate wisdom it already holds.”
Working Together
Your session is where we begin building relationship. With your body, your story, and what's asking to be supported.
This work includes both external abdominal care and internal pelvic work, allowing us to meet the body through the belly, the womb space, and the deeper layers of the pelvic floor and surrounding tissues.
We move slowly, following the tissues and the signals of your body, allowing space for unwinding, restoration, and reconnection to unfold.
3 hours | $300
3 Sessions | $750
30 min Yoni Steam Add-on | +$75 If you want to begin your session with a little more warmth and preparation, a yoni steam can be included at the start of your time together using handcrafted herbal blends tailored to your body.
This gentle practice supports circulation and tissue softening, allowing the body to be more receptive to both external and internal pelvic work as we move into the session.

Tamara Doering
Integrative Pelvic Health & Somatic Sexuality
I came to this work the long way — through my own body, my own births, my own unraveling and return.
I support women through hands-on pelvic, womb, and abdominal bodywork—blending fascia, nervous system work, and deep listening to help your body release tension, restore function, and reconnect to sensation, pleasure, and your sensual self. This work is slow, attuned, and led by your body—never rushed, never forced.
You’re invited to explore these questions before booking.

Sessions are offered in northwest Calgary, in the community of Montgomery.
The exact address is shared upon booking to maintain privacy and create a more intimate, held space for your session.
To honor the flow of the space and the time needed to prepare for each client, please arrive at your scheduled time rather than early.
-
Initial sessions are typically 3 hours and $300.
For women ready to go deeper, a series of 3 sessions is available for $750. Working together over time allows your body to open more gradually — experiencing deeper, more lasting change.
A yoni steam add-on is available at the start of your session — allow an additional 30 minutes and $75.
-
Please arrive freshly showered and avoid lotions, oils, or perfumes on the body. You may choose to wear underwear and a loose bralette if that feels more comfortable, though it is not required.
Come with a willingness to listen to your body and allow it to guide the session.

Yes.
This session may include internal (hands-in) pelvic work, alongside external abdominal and pelvic care.
We begin by working with the belly, womb space, surrounding organs, and fascia, following the natural pathways of the tissues. From there, we may move into internal vaginal and, when appropriate and consented to, anal work to support the deeper layers of the pelvic floor and surrounding structures.
All internal work is fully guided, explained, and based on your consent. You set the pace at all times, with space to pause, adjust, or stop whenever needed.
This work is therapeutic in nature and does not include pleasure-based or erotic touch. If you are seeking a deeper exploration of yoni mapping or pleasure-centered work, you are welcome to explore my Pleasure Mapping offering.

Every body, belly, womb, vulva, and vagina is gloriously unique — so the number of sessions you'll need depends on your history, your sensitivity, and what you're hoping to shift or explore.
In general, a series of 3–6 sessions allows us the time to build safety and trust, and to work layer by layer, supporting deeper, more lasting changes in the body.
That said, many women experience meaningful shifts even after a single session. If you're looking for a reset, a reconnection, or a first step into this work, one session can still be deeply supportive.
-
You are welcome here.
This is deeply trauma-informed work. We move slowly, and we only ever go as deep as you and your body allow. Nothing is pushed, nothing is forced, and there is no agenda other than following what feels safe and supportive for you in that moment.
If something comes up during a session — tears, fear, anger, emotion of any kind — we take the time to honor and integrate it. This is not something to push through. It is part of the process. Our tissues hold memories and stories, and it is completely normal for things to surface when the body finally feels safe enough to release them.
At any point you can ask me to stop, to be still, or to remove my hands entirely. If you find yourself unable to speak in that moment, know that I am actively watching for signs of dissociation throughout our time together. I will never push past what your nervous system is ready for.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you come. You just need to be willing to show up.
-
Yes — you can absolutely receive this work during your cycle.
This can actually be a deeply nourishing and honoring time to receive bodywork. Your body is already moving through a natural process of release, and gentle intentional work can help support circulation, ease tension, and create a greater sense of connection to your womb and body.
I always honor your comfort level and adjust the session as needed so you feel fully at ease throughout.
Please note that yoni steaming is not recommended during active menstruation and is unavailable as an add-on at this time.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is valuable work — and this is something different.
This is not a clinical setting. There are no bright lights, no cold gel, no 40-minute appointment where you're assessed, given exercises, and sent on your way. This work is slow, soft, and unhurried. We work within a 3-hour container because deep work needs time — time to arrive, time to unwind, time to integrate.
I treat your body as a whole. We rarely talk about kegels. Instead we follow the tissues, the nervous system, the breath, and the stories your body has been holding — working with the full landscape of who you are, not just the muscles of your pelvic floor.
And practically speaking — a pelvic floor physio in Calgary typically charges $140 for 40 minutes, which works out to around $210 an hour. A session with me is $300 for 3 full hours — roughly $100 an hour. Not only is this more cost effective, but the depth and duration of the work means your body has the time and space to actually change.
If you've been to physiotherapy and felt like something was still missing — this may be what you've been looking for.
-
Give yourself space after your session. This work goes deep, and your body will continue integrating long after you leave the Womb Room.
In the hours and days that follow, you may notice shifts — physically, emotionally, or energetically. Sensations, emotions, or even memories can surface as your tissues begin to unwind and release. This is completely normal and part of the healing process. It is not something going wrong. It is something moving.
A few ways to support your integration:
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flow and help your body process the work.
Rest and soften. Give yourself permission to slow down. A warm bath, a heat pack on your belly, or a castor oil pack can feel deeply nourishing in the days following your session.
Journal. Writing down any sensations, thoughts, or emotions can help you process and integrate your experience.
Reach out. If anything comes up that you want to share or have questions about, I am always here. You don't need to navigate your integration alone.
-
During the first trimester, I recommend waiting. This is a sacred time for rest — your body is doing so much in these early weeks and deserves to be gently nourished rather than worked deeply.
From 14 weeks onward, this work can be deeply supportive throughout pregnancy, helping your body stay balanced and prepare for birth.
After birth, care can begin right away following a vaginal delivery. If you've had a cesarean birth, I recommend waiting 10–12 weeks to allow your body the time it needs to heal.
-
No. Not while you have an IUD in place.
This work supports the natural positioning and mobility of the uterus. Because of this, it may shift the placement of an IUD and affect its effectiveness.
-
No. This offering includes internal (hands-in) pelvic work and is only available to adult clients.
If your daughter is seeking support, I offer sessions specifically designed for teens. These sessions are fully external, age-appropriate, and focused on gentle education, body awareness, and pelvic health support in a safe and held environment.
You're welcome to explore my Teen's Womb & Belly offering for more information.
Teen sessions are offered to young women aged 13–17 at a discounted rate. A parent or guardian is required to be present for the first session and to sign a consent form. After that, it is up to the teen whether they would like a parent present for future visits.
A dedicated teen section will be available on the website soon
After Your Session — A Note on Integration
This work continues long after you leave the Womb Room.
In the hours and days that follow your session, you may notice shifts — physically, emotionally, or energetically. Sensations, emotions, or even memories can surface as your tissues begin to unwind and release what they have been holding. This is not something going wrong. This is something moving. Your body is integrating, and that process deserves the same care and gentleness as the session itself.
A few ways to support yourself in the days that follow:
Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flow and help your body continue processing the work. Give yourself permission to rest and slow down — a warm bath, a heat pack on your belly, or a castor oil pack can feel deeply nourishing. If thoughts, sensations, or emotions arise, consider writing them down. Journaling can help you process and make meaning of what your body is moving through.
If you received internal pelvic work, particularly for prolapse support, please be especially gentle with yourself in the hours following your session. Moving organs back into their natural position is significant work, and your body needs time and stillness to receive it fully. Avoid heavy lifting, strenuous exercise, or anything that puts downward pressure on the pelvic floor for at least 24 hours.
And something that may surprise you — I highly recommend having an orgasm when you get home. And having orgasms in the days following your session as well. The involuntary pelvic floor contractions that occur during orgasm are unlike anything we can consciously control, and that natural contraction helps to seat and anchor your organs in their proper position, supporting and deepening the work we did together.
This is your body's own intelligence continuing to heal.
If anything comes up that you want to share, process, or ask about, please reach out. You don't need to navigate your integration alone. I send a personal check-in within 24 hours of every session, and I am always here.
Healing is not just what happens on the table. It is everything that unfolds after you leave.
“The body is made of earth and gold,
sky and stars, rivers and oceans,
masquerading as muscle and bone.”
