Womb & Belly Unwinding

Hands-on abdominal and womb work designed to support organ mobility, circulation, and the release of held tension within the body.

The Belly Is More Than Digestion

It is the living center of the body—where our organs work and rest, where breath deepens, and where the womb communicates with the entire system.

Person receiving a massage on their abdomen during a massage session, with a towel covering part of their body.

For women, the womb is a powerful center of creation and vitality.

This work is for all stages of life—
from menarche, through the childbearing years, into menopause and beyond.
For the maiden, the mother, the maga, and the crone.

No matter where you are in your journey, the belly and womb remain deeply responsive, intelligent, and capable of change.

Many women have simply never been taught how

to be in relationship with this part of their body.

This work begins in the tissues.

The abdomen and womb are not separate from the rest of the body. They are deeply connected to your breath, your nervous system, your organs, and your pelvic bowl.

Over time, tension can build here. From stress, holding patterns, surgeries, pregnancy, and emotional experiences that were never fully processed. This tension doesn’t just stay local. It can affect how your organs move, how blood circulates, how lymph drains, and how your nervous system responds.

The womb is meant to have subtle mobility. To move with your breath, to shift with your cycle, to remain responsive within the body. When that movement is restricted, we begin to see patterns like pain, pressure, irregular cycles, digestive disruption, or a sense of disconnection
from this part of the body.

I weave with the threads of restriction held within the body,
guiding them back into alignment—supporting the return of natural movement and flow,

so the tissues can soften, circulation can restore,
and the womb can breathe… and speak once more.

Are you listening?

This work gently supports the restoration of that movement. Through hands-on abdominal and womb work, we begin to soften areas of restriction, support circulation, and create space within the body again.

There is no forcing here. Only a slow return to relationship, where the body is given the conditions it needs to reorganize, regulate, and heal.

This work is for you if

  • You feel disconnected from your womb, pelvic organs, or sensual self and want gentle, rooted reconnection.

  • Your body has changes after birth, menopause, or medical experiences

  • You experience leaking, pelvic heaviness, or a sensation that something is falling or not being fully supported

  • You carry tension, shame, fear, or anxiety around intimacy or being fully seen in your body

  • You find it difficult to relax, name what you’re feeling or desiring, or be fully present with yourself or a partner

  • You carry tension, trauma, or holding patterns within your body that have not yet been fully processed

  • You long to move from numbness or fear toward curiosity, empowerment, and embodied confidence

  • You’ve been told to this is normal or to “manage” symptoms but desire guidance that honors your whole body, emotions, and lived experience

  • You feel disconnected from your sexuality, especially since becoming a mother

  • You experience pain with intimacy, or sensations of discomfort, tension, or numbness within your pelvic space

  • You’re open to somatic tools, breathwork, movement, and hands-on support tailored to your rhythm

  • You’re tired of masking pelvic pain with quick fixes and are ready to explore deeper, body-led healing

  • You crave an embodied, shame-free space to reconnect with your sexuality and rediscover pleasure on your own terms

  • You’re seeking practical, compassionate bodywork or coaching support that fits your life—whether you’re in Nicaragua, Calgary, or online

Your Session In The Womb Room

Your session takes place in a space I lovingly call the Womb Room.
Here, your session is gentle, grounded, and deeply attuned to your body and what is alive for you in that moment.

You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are. There is nothing to figure out or get right beforehand.

Connection and clarity begin with conversation. We allow space for you to settle in and share what is present in your body, revisit anything from your intake form, and name what you’re needing support with.

From there, we move to the table. You will be draped with sheets and blankets throughout, no clothing is required. If you prefer, you may wear underwear and a loose bralette (no underwire). Each session is carefully woven to support you, your body and your needs.

I will guide you throughout the session so you always know what is happening and why. Consent is ongoing, and your comfort leads the way at every step.

With permission, my hands greet your heart and womb space allowing your body to orient to my touch. We weave in some breath and grounding to soothe your nervous system and invite your body to soften into the the table and arrive more fully in the space.

The session then unfolds through slow, hands-on work focused on the belly and abdominal area, working with the tissues, the breath, and the natural rhythms of your body. We may work on fascial tension, areas of restriction or adhesions, and support the natural positioning and mobility of the womb and surrounding organs.

This work supports areas of restriction to soften, encourages circulation, and creates space for movement to return. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed. Everything is guided by consent, with you setting the pace at all times and having the space to pause, adjust, or shift whenever needed.

This is not structured or protocol-based work. We follow your body. We move at the pace of the slowest, most protective part of you, allowing space for your tissues to soften in their own timing, without force or urgency. Your body leads the session. Through active listening, non-agenda  touch, and presence, we follow the intelligence of your tissues, working at a depth and pace that supports your nervous system and allows it to feel safe enough to unwind.

What Unfolds In The Womb Room

Your whole body sighs. You feel safe. Lighter. Supported. Held.

Many women have never been met or held in this way.

Not with this level of presence, listening, and depth of care.

So much of what you’ve experienced within your body, your cycle, your womb has been rushed, dismissed, medicated, or treated as something to fix.

In the Womb Room, nothing is rushed.
Your body is not a problem to fix or solve.

In this space, your body is something to be honored.

There is space for you to soften…
to tune into how your body feels when met with safety…
and to be supported in a way that allows you to feel that support within yourself.

You may notice your breath deepen.
Your body soften in places that have long been guarded.
A feeling of coming back into relationship with yourself.

There can be moments of emotion, or stillness, or simply a deep sense of rest.

There is no right way for this to unfold.

Only your body, in its own timing, revealing what it is ready to release, to feel, and to remember.

And within that…
many women experience something they have not felt before:

Being met with reverence.
Being supported without expectation.
Being held in a way that honors the fullness of their experience.

“I am not here to fix you. I am here to gently remind your body of the innate wisdom it already holds.”

Working with teens is a gentle and empowering way to support their developing bodies and their womb cycles. This work can help with cycle regulation, easing painful or heavy periods, supporting digestion, and fostering a more connected and informed relationship with their pelvic health.

These sessions are fully external, with no internal work, and are typically shorter (around 90 minutes), as younger bodies tend to hold less adhesion and scar tissue.

Teen sessions are offered to young women aged 18 and under at a discounted rate. A parent or guardian is required to be present for the first session and to sign a consent form. After that, it is up to the teen whether they would like a parent to remain present for future visits.

A dedicated teen section will be available on the website soon with more details.
